Rustic Christmas Decor – Home for the Holidays Edition
By Interior Designer TRACY SVENDSEN | Published on October 20, 2025 |
I decided to create this post as I’ve had a lot of inquiries regarding where to purchase rustic Christmas decorations. I generally don’t decorate until early December, just before the kids come home, but I do my decoration shopping early as it seems ornaments tend to sell out quickly. Over the years, I had the pleasure of decorating many of my clients log homes and rustic retreats. My favorite palette for a rustic Christmas includes incorporating shades of green with earthtones, warm metallics and crisp whites.
As you continue to curate your own collection of holiday decor, I hope you find pieces that make the holidays feel just a little more beautiful, enhancing the warm, inviting feel of the season. From rustic ornaments, stockings and tree skirts to centerpieces and bells, here you’ll find a carefully collected and designed holiday decor that you can pull out year after year. The holidays, just like your home, should feel like your own.
I’ve included a few of interior designer Shea McGee’s Christmas ornament collections where you can shop the look to create a Magical Wonderland, Heritage Holiday, Chateau Noelle, and Classic Christmas Tree.
